Games, concerts and other events
The bag section does not give separate rules for games and concerts. A separate line allows empty plastic water bottles at Bruins and Celtics games but not at concerts or other events.
Exceptions and accessibility
Diaper bags, breast pump bags, bags needed for medical purposes and bags given at purchase from the Boston Proshop are exempt from the size limit. Diaper, pump and medical bags are searched visually and x-rayed.
If your bag is not allowed
Event Bag Check next to the Box Office on Level 1, east side of North Station, for $15. It opens two hours before the event and stays open until one hour after, though hours may vary. The page asks guests to contact customer service 24 hours ahead for extra accommodations.
Entry, gates and re-entry
All permitted bags are subject to visual or x-ray screening on entry.
Re-entry: Guests agree not to exit and re-enter after their ticket is scanned.
Other things to know
Laptops, tablets and DSLR or detachable-lens cameras are prohibited. The page also says there are no lockers of any type, which sits oddly beside the on-site bag check described as new.
