There is no area to check oversized bags or luggage. Strollers can be checked at Guest Relations, and an obstructive baby bag may also be checked there.
Entry, gates and re-entry
Large purses (listed as 14 L x 6 W x 14 H) get x-ray inspection at the four main entrances (North, East, West, South doors). A separate security section says purses up to 14 x 14 x 6 in are allowed at designated x-ray entry points. Everyone gets metal detector screening including hand-held wands.
Re-entry: Not allowed at any event. Medical needs may be approved by the Guest Services Supervisor.
Other things to know
Guests may not bring any food or beverages; bottles, cans, thermoses and coolers are also banned; laptops/tablets allowed for Mavs/Stars games, usually not concerts (the Prohibited Items list also names laptop/tablet computers, backpacks and bags).
